“The Walther valve control can be used for controlling the electro-pneumatic and electrically controlled spray, pulse and dosing valves of Walther Systemtechnik GmbH and enables the evaluation of other valve peripherals, such as sensors. The valve control system thus combines the ability to control and monitor the application processes and takes your valves to the next level. The range of integration options via bus system, DIO’s or online dashboard offer maximum flexibility and user-friendliness and enable entry into Industry 4.0. Direct access via web interface also enables quick and easy commissioning as well as flexible parameterization using a computer, tablet or smartphone. The integrated HMI offers the opportunity to change all valve control parameters and clearly displays the current process values. Features such as the control of the valve temperature and the atomizing air and process monitoring and control including teach function round off the extensive performance features of the valve control. The Walther valve control provides an intuitive control and quality assurance option that can be used to redesign the process monitoring of application processes.”
