ELMD40

This ultrasonic generator is equipped with a frontal LCD control panel for adjusting amplitude and power parameters and set welding and cooling times.

The possibility to weld in energy mode has been added to the latest market model of the EImd40. This allows to have a certain level of soldering quality checking directly in the process itself.

It is possible to integrate the Elmd40 ultrasonic generator with the following tools:

•  Linear cutting frames:

Ideal for longitudinal cut operations.
Purposely designed to be effortlessly installed at a work bench due to its two sliding wheels and a steel plate treated with a special hardening procedure.

•  Plastic hand gripping for free cuts:

Such handgrips are usually light and multipurpose. They are devised to grant complete freedom of movement.

The conjunction of this sleeve along with a 40 kHz transducer and steel sonotrode makes it easier to cut any kind of shape without hindrances.

•  Aluminium sheats:

These are developed for easy embedding in automatic and man-powered plants, TNT coil splicing systems, ultrasound ribbing, ultrasonic spot welding and riveting operations.

•  Frame installation structures:

Compact and easy to install on looms and stenter machines, they also provide the opportunity to change the counter wheel in order to vary angle degrees according to the thickness and compossition of the materials. Suited for synthetic fabrics, non-woven, muffled and selvedge sealing.

•  Pistol handgrip:

Conceived for RSW or for bolting large, complex components.
Because of its versatility, the Elmd40 is suitable for small-scale mass production.
